As we re-open, we will be implementing extensive procedural changes as this pandemic is ongoing to help ensure the safety of everyone. 

 

 

The following steps will be taken:

 

-We will require each patient to wear a mask while in the office and we will provide them to you if necessary.

-You will need to ring a buzzer before entering our office. We will come for you and will check your temperature prior to entering.

​

-Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a Hipaa compliant link via email/text to complete the necessary paperwork prior to your appointment and upload pictures of your insurance cards. The paperwork is also available on this website.    

​

-You will be asked to use hand sanitizer or wash your hands prior to your exam.

​

-You may be asked to wait in the socially-distanced seating area outside the office to limit the number of patients in the office at one time.    

​

-You will be asked to come alone unless the patient is a minor or needs assistance.  

​

-You will see HEPA filters with UV light throughout the office.

​

-Our sanitizing protocols between patients have increased.
